Modification and Notice

You agree that BEON Diamond may modify these Terms and Conditions and any other policies on our Site at any time and that posting the modified Terms and Conditions or policies on our Site will constitute sufficient notice of such modification.

Termination

Notwithstanding any of these Terms and Conditions, BEON Diamond reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this site, and to block or prevent future access to and use of the Site.Severability If any provision of these T erms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty

We stand behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection.

● If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item.

● If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.

Complimentary Cleaning and Inspection Services on Diamond Rings

We provide free refurbishment & jewelry inspection for all jewelleries purchased from BEON Diamond to extend the life of your jewelry. This service includes polishing, tightening the prongs of the diamond and cleaning. This service is available to our customers once a year for the next 10 years after purchasing their jewelry.

Conditions and Exclusions

The foregoing Manufacturer Warranty and Complimentary Services are available only to the person who purchased the covered product from BEON Diamond. For jewelry where the diamond is not purchased from BEON Diamond, the purchase is not covered under BEON Diamond’s lifetime warranty.

Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.

Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects and do not provide warranties for damage due to :

1. Chipped, cracked, or lost gemstones caused by accidental drops, bumps, or harsh impacts.

2. Scratches, dents, or minor abrasions on metal or gemstones resulting from regular use.

3. Natural oxidation or discoloration of metals like silver over time, especially if exposed to chemicals, perfumes, or moisture.

4. Damage or loosening of prongs from external forces, improper care, or prolonged wear without maintenance.5. Chains or bracelets breaking from excessive tension, snagging on clothing, or improper storage.

6. Scratches or dull finishes resulting from the use of abrasive materials or harsh cleaning agents.

7. Rings bending or losing shape from excessive force or improper sizing.

8. Issues arising from third-party resizing, engraving, or alterations not performed by the original jeweler.

9. Missing clasps, screws, or other small parts due to misuse or lack of regular maintenance.

10. Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, chlorinated water, or extreme temperatures.
