Returns & Refunds

i. Customers are to carefully select their diamonds so that the need to return/exchange does not arise.

ii. After full or partial payment is made BEON Diamond assumes that the customer has carefully considered and agreed upon the diamond and gemstone specification, and no cancellation or refund is allowed.

iii. At BEON Diamond we stand behind the quality of our products and offer customers the opportunity to request for a refund under the following conditions:

a. GIA number inscribed on the diamond does not match its GIA certificate

b. IGI number inscribed on the diamond does not match its IGI certificate iv. BEON Diamond will send customers a digital video or picture of the GIA / IGI certificate number inscribed on the girdle of the diamond before the goods are sent. If the digital video or picture is agreed upon, no return is allowed to prevent fraudulent refund.

c. d. Customers must contact BEON Diamond first before returning an item. In case of refunds, goods sold need to be returned in their original condition(without any damage) with all accompanying packaging, documents, materials and proof that the inscribed number is not accurate, and no later than 7 days after the purchase date. In case any of the items are missing, the customer will be charged a penalty for replacements.

e. Upon receiving your returned item in its original condition with all

accompanying documents and materials, the diamond will be weighed and checked against its corresponding grading certificate and our quality assurance graduate gemologist will sign it off. Your refund will then be processed in the next 4-5 days; however it may take as long as 2 weeks, depending on your location and/or payment method.

f. While we do offer all clients free shipping when delivering your order, we deduct a shipping charge for returns. This charge is the exact amount the courier company charges for the shipment and it will be deducted from your refund.

g. It is important to note that in the case of a purchase of a multi-diamond or coloured gemstones parcel (for example, 2 or more diamonds or coloured gemstones in one purchase or from the same client), we cannot accept the claim that the majority, or all of the diamonds are unacceptable and need to be returned. For this reason, for those customers which purchase more than one diamond we cannot always honour our 7 day returns policy for more than one of the diamonds in the parcel. We will always notify you prior to sending out the diamond(s) if we cannot honour our return policy for the purchase you have made.

Customised Jewellery (Minimmalist)

The terms for 3D renders and 3D prints for customised jewelry designs (Minimmalist) are as below. (Excluding production and delivery of final product)

● 2x free jewelry designs, custom concept sketch or digital render is included based on client preferences with 5 working days required.

○ Small amendments on confirmed designs are allowed at no extra charge (4 working days required per amendment).

● 1x free 3D print delivery, if needed. (Once down payment is done and designs are confirmed).7 working days required. Additional add-ons:

● Charged at 40% of the quoted price for the final jewelry product.

● No extra charge for small amendments (4 working days per amendment).

● Each Additional 3D Print Delivery: Charged at RM30 per shipment. 7 working days required.

Approval and Production:

● Design Finalization:

Clients must approve the final design or 3D render with a “yes, proceed” before production begins.

● Cancellation Clause:

In the event of cancellation after design work begins, charges for completed stages will apply based on the outlined percentages.

Bespoke Jewellery Design

● 1x Bespoke Jewellery Design. A custom concept sketch or digital render is included based on client preferences, with 8-10 working days required.

○ Minor adjustments for confirmed design are included at no extra charge (4 working days per round).

● A detailed 3D render of the chosen design will be provided for approval before 3D printing. 7 working days required.

Additional add-ons:

● Charged at 40% of the estimated final product price per revision. 6 working days per revision.

● Additional bespoke designs are charged at 8% of the quoted price for the final jewelry piece. 10 working days per design.

● Each Additional 3D Print Delivery: Charged at RM30 per shipment. 7 working days required.

Information on our Site

At BEON Diamond, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalogue is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, colour and size may vary slightly. Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item. In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations, BEON Diamond states that carat total weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 carats from stated weight. On the Site, we provide the measurement of our products based on our manufacturing specifications.

Slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing during the manufacturing. Width tolerance on machine made wedding bands of 0.20mm is allowed. Cast manufactured rings can vary slightly more. For gemstone and pearl measurements, a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed. For diamond jewelry set with multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight for the piece. Color and clarity grades are expressed as either a minimum or an average depending on the number of diamonds. If stated as a minimum, all diamonds within the piece are at or above the stated quality. If expressed as an average, collectively the quality is equal to or exceeds the grade stated.
