Malaysian orders:
● FREE one time return shipping for Resize, Refurbishment & Warranty Claim* for
Manufacturing Defects by BEON Diamond.
● For subsequent returns, shipping charges to BEON Diamond will be borne by BEON
Diamond, but USD20 will be charged to the recipient when the amended product is
ready to be shipped to them.

International orders:
● FREE one time international return shipping for Manufacturing Defects by BEON
Diamond only. Warranty Claim does not include Resizing or Refurbishment.
● For subsequent returns for Warranty Claims, USD120 will be charged per
shipment.
● For international returns apart from Warranty Claims, USD120 will be charged per
shipment.
● GST , VAT , Duty T ax or other charges incurred here will be borne by the
customer.

All international orders are fully insured by logistics company, All domestic orders within Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are fully insured by logistics company. A signature is required for all deliveries, regardless of any waivers you may have with the shipping company. The person listed on the invoice is required to sign for receipt of the package.

For credit card payments, it is only possible to ship to your card’s billing and registered address or to your local FedEx.
